Full strip-out and refit or a careful refresh — every bathroom we do is signed off by the same plumber and the same tiler. Walthamstow has a lot of Victorian and Edwardian terraces, so we know the surprises (rotten joists, soil-stack tangles, tiny boxing-in spaces) and we price for them honestly.

Kitchen renovation

Howdens, Wren, DIY Kitchens, or your own designer — we'll fit any cabinetry properly. Most of our kitchens involve some structural change (knock-throughs, RSJs, opening up to the garden) and we handle building control sign-off ourselves so you only deal with one team.

Extensions & lofts

Side-return, rear and wrap-around extensions, plus loft conversions (dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable). We work to your architect's drawings or recommend one we trust. Party-wall, building control and structural sign-off included.

Repairs & maintenance

Repairs & maintenance

Leaks, broken tiles, a tap that won't stop dripping, a boiler that needs servicing. Small jobs for past customers and landlord clients — most sorted within 48 hours. We keep two slots a week free for emergencies.
